Me and my friend are thinking of starting a site, So

I am thinking of taking Home 750 + Plan UL. And i have some questions

What the difference between Home 750 + and Home 750 Plans

And i have friends modem(which he used with bsnl), if i use that will bsnl install the connection for me

And are there any costs involved other that 750 rs like Service Tax

OR Should i go with Airtel Home 799 Plus ( And are there any costs involved other that 799 rs)
