Default Tariff plan botch-up?
Hi guys.

First of all, let me wish all of you a very happy and prosperous new year!

I applied for an upgrade of my tariff plan from Home 500 to Home 1350 Unlimited + on the 26th of last month. Today I checked out the Service Order Records section in the DataOne administrative page, to find my plan still listed as Home 500.

What do I do?
