Hi! I am having problem ... I do not get bsnl bb bill properly.

I am having HOME 500 night unlimited PLAN (Upto 2mbps)
I am from Kolkata (Salt Lake).

I do excessive usage per month (upto 40gb) but recieve only about Rs 1000 in total bill out of which call charge is around Rs 400.

Question is I am using for more than 2 years, and I have done lots of excessive use. About 40gb/month (excluding night unlimited). So my bill should be excessivley high. ABOUT Rs. 33,000 per month. Why I am not getting that ??

That have encouraged me to continue for 2 yrs. I did not care to check online usage.

Why the bill is not coming. I mean bill is coming ... but with less value ... giving example ... full bill below

I didnot use to check online usage earlier. I used to pay the bill as it came monthly. But once I checked online, I calculated ... I should pay around Rs 40,000 per month if so. My usage for 1 month is around 40 Gb ... Please suggest me what I should do ??

See ... 40 gb / month usage (excluding night unlimited) ... = 40 x 1024 mb
Cost of usage = 0.80 x 40 x 1024 = Rs. 32,768

I calculated total of 2008 (Jan to Dec) ... total usage (excluding night unlimited) is ... 347.698 gb.
Now ... cost of 347.698 gb = 347.698 x 1024 x 0.80 = Rs. 2,84,834.202 (Around 3 lacs)


I am not sure about the bill structure .... can any one tell me what is happening .... Why the bill is not coming as expected ?? ... Is it going to come when I desconnect ?? ... If that happens I will get hefty amount of 10 lakhs.
What should I do in this matter ?? Is the bill ok ?? Tell my knowledgable friends. I am very much confused. After 2 yrs of ruthless usage, I am trying to be ready to face the consequences.
What should I do in case the bill comes suddenly ?? Can I argue in consumer court that I was not recieving proper bill for 2 years ??
