Default Connection Problem

Hi,

I have dell inspiron 1525 with dual core processor and Vista installed. I have got new broadband connection from BSNL. Techies from BSNL have connected the modem with the telephone line. They provided me a user id, password and IP address.

My problem is I could not see a LAN setup in "My Network places"

I have installed ethernet drivers. Still the problem exist. Can anyone help me in this??
