Is it normal to experience considerable packet loss and wildly fluctuating speeds ?
I ran a ping /t to google.co.in and a few other websites and there seems to be dropped packets every 20-25 seconds or even more. The time

Also, Speedtest websites give widely differing results based on the time of day and the website used.

Forgot to mention, the round trip time on packets on a ping fluctuates considerably e.g. for google, it's between 76ms and 119ms
