not able to coonect 678 error

heelo am having a problem...
the dialer is not being connected my modem is iti dna a211 I...
the error is 678 remote computer does not respond even though tthe light blinks....

and can some 1 please give me the updated firmware for iti dna a211 I...pleasee..
