Hi, I earlier had a G1 router from BSNL which worked fine for about a month. One day it stopped working and BSNL replaced it with a WA3002-G4. However, they did not do the re-installation. It never worked. Also, this router is not accessible by 192.168.1.1 ip so that I can troubleshoot further. I am not sure if they have given a used/second-hand router whose ip has been changed. Does anyone know how to check and change/access this router. Also I could not find the user guide for this model. Thanks !
