getting problem to recive msg frm SBI

Hey I just got SBI Online Banking.But I am not able to recieve any SMS from SBI that is said to contain a High Security Password required for transactions.Airtel users are not having any such problem.Is there anything I can do to clarify this problem or is it the bank's fault?
