offers in excel general plan

i am in excel general plan. can anybody tell me about any offers for this plan. i wanted to migrate to new power pack. but i was told that there is no migration, u have to buy a new sim with a different number. i wanted to know if there iis any offer like fnf in powerpack offer. if so for how many numbers. note i am talking about karnataka telecom circle
