BSNL Lifetime Prepaid

I have converted my BSNL post paid to prepaid plan. Now its showing me 7 days validity with Rs.30 talk time. I want to convert into Lifetime prepaid. BSNL office is telling me to recharge for 250 while customer care is saying charge for 350.Anyone has done this before
