I recently got hathway 256 kbps unlimited. i get around 20 kb/s speed on limewire. surfing is relatively fast too.

But when i download files from the browser or using an accelerator I get very slow speeds of 7-9 kb/s....does anyone know why this is happening?
The download starts at 26 kb/s but quickly drops to 9 kb/s or so..
