I had hathway for almost 8 months, package is 128kbps UL. Speeds have been decent 11 to 14KBPS though it never did 16 KBPS consistently.

I am not thinking of upgrading to 256KBPS. Just wanted to what is the average download or torrent speed.

I have been reading about port blocking issue with Hathway. But my torrent speeds are good if not excellent. only if torrents are not healthy the speed is low.
But how do i know if ports are blocked? I use Azureus, NAT is shown as OK.
