Default Discontinuation of MTNL IPTV

Hi everyone, I am sharing my experience which I had with MTNL IPTV. It is the mail that I have written to MTNL IPTV. Can I expect something positive to come out of it?

I ordered MTNL IPTV on Dec 21st 2008.and it was installed on a separate phone line( telephone number as 2xxxxxxx) on Jan 2nd 2009. However since yesterday I have been facing the problem with the same. The screen freezes after every 20 seconds and I am not able to watch any programme.I even informed the same to the technician (Mr Nazir) at the time of installation however he answered that the problem will go away in 1 hour or so.But the problem still persists even after 24 hours

I called customer care to get the resolution and spoke with Manoj on Jan 03rd at 4 pm, but he just informed me to plug out and plug in the power wire for the modem and STB, which obviously didn't yielded any positive results.

This is really frustrating and hence I would like to discontinue the service of MTNL IPTV through AKSH Optifibre Ltd, with immediate effect.

I have given the security deposit check of Rs 999 , check number 00xxxx drawn on xxxxbank fvg AKSH Optifibre Ltd. And I do not want you to deposit the check as I plan to not take the services of your company due to inefficient and pathetic services.Also i do not want any bill to be sent to me.

You may take back your set top box and modem which was installed.

I would like you to confirm the discontinuation of the above mentioned phone number on which IPTV service is enabled and I want all the communication should take place in writing.

In case any part of this mail is not clear, feel free to revert.

I feel that I am valued customer and I should be treated like one.
