Arrow Hotwire shutting down ?

My Hotwire sever became prepaid afew days back. I subsequently got myself registered for the 96 kbps unltd package for (Rs.885 ie 734+150 LCO charge)
My LCO says he cant renew the connection this month coz he has shifted to sify and majority of his clients have switched to the same. He says the company might shut down in afew months time or relaunch itself under a new name.

Dont know how much of it is true but the local hotwire engineer has also left and joined sify, nobody is picking up the phone in the call centre as well.

should i subscibe to sify? i have no previous experience with this ISP. Or should i subscribe to Airtel 128 kbps untld. ? wat do u guyz suggest

Does airtel offer Broadband connection without subscribing for a telephone connection as well?
