Wink Calling using VoIP

Heres the problem. I'm currently in the US and have a Nokia N81 handset. I can set it up to use any SIP provider ( eg:Free International and Wifi Mobile phone calls with TpadBut I can't find a provider which has local access numbers in India.

What my idea is that a person wishing to call me can dial a local access number of a VoIP provider and he/she pays only for the local call, the call from there is routed through the internet and lands up on my phone which is connected to the internet.

So, the only cost involved is the call to the local access number in India. There was a provider called tpad ( Free International and Wifi Mobile phone calls with Tpadbut due to the stupid policies of the Indian government had to shut shop.

This is particularly for some of my friends / relatives who don't have access to internet when they wish to reach me. Any suggestions are welcome
