reliance GSM- MUMBAI and MAHARASHTRA

I got two mobile networks in a manual search INA 15 in mumbai and INA 13 in maharashtra .....they both are reliance GSM networks ...mumbai is all set to get 6th GSM operator after IDEA (INA 79) and for maharashtra it is the 5th GSM operator....
