hi , can any one confrim about the maintaince charges levied by CTO in your respective areas, (Rs5o im my case), its really unfair for CTO to levy such charges without proper justification for sum of Rs50/- Altough i took the matter to sify , they just told that they are not leving any such charges and its upto the CTO's. Really bad on their sifys part to clean their hands off this. Anyways im not paying them anything extra as no such thing was mentioned earlier when they provided the connection to me.
