I recently switched to 400 mb night 512kbps unlimited. Guess what speed i get 15-30kps only, after a few complain (three nights) i get a call from a sify technicial, he then tries me to explain what does 512kbps mean. He says that I have a shared connection or plan, so the speed would vary and i would only get 30kbps for it.what am i suppose to understand? that 512kbps does not exsists????? i don't understand sify broadband any more. May be my brain is not working
