hi im TI customer for the past one year....i was in prepaid scheme....thats volume based plan..... speed was up to 2Mbps.....

but now....yesterday i changed my plan to 128 kbps unlimited high speed package......now speed has gone off....my downloading speed was only 10 to 15 kbps.....i dont know wt to do...even i called CS but they r blind

is there any scheme like i can increase my kbps r else is there any way i can switch back to previous plan......

plz help me.......this connection really terrific.......plz help me out
