I just got a new connection with tata indicom in mumbai. I took the PowerSurf 360 plan. However, while using utorrent i get an error saying "No incoming connections. Ports may not be forwarded correctly." I do not have a router and i was not given a modem from tata, just a cable line. I have windows firewall and AVG antivirus, disabling both did not solve this.

So does tata port block?
