Default efficient handling of complaint

I faced frequent disconnection of line on Friday 9 22 aug, and the connection got permanantly disconnected by saturday evening. I did lodge a complaint on Sunday morning, and the connection was restored within the promised 6 hours, by lunch time on Sunday.

What I wish to report the conversation with the CC executive. After I told him my id and nature of the problem, he asked whether my comp and adsl modem was on, asked me to stay on line with the computer on, so that he could check whether from his station my connection status. After a minute or so, he told me that my line was down, gave me a complaint no. and told me that they will approach me only if the problem cannot be sorted out by themselves.

Hats off for the efficient and courteous handling by the CC executive Mr. Ravindra.
